Muay Thai Class

Morning Routine

Monday – Friday
      7:00am – 8:00am - Run 8k to 12k (Required for Fighters)
      8:00am - 8:15am - Jump Rope (Warm-Up)
      8:15am - 8:25am – Stretching
      8.25am - 8.35am – Wrap Hands
      8:35am - 8:45am - Shadow Boxing
      8:45am - 9:10am - 5 x 3 Minute Rounds of Pad Work & Heavy Bag
      9:10am - 9:40am – Technique Drills & Sparring
      9:40am – 10:00am - Clinching

Morning Routine

Saturday
      7:00am – 8:00am - Run 8k to 12k (Required for Fighters)

      8:15am - 8:25am – Stretching
      8.25am - 8.35am – Wrap Hands

      8:40am - 9:20am - 5 x 3 Minute Rounds of Pad Work & Heavy Bag
      9:20am – 10:00am – Wai Khru

Evening Routine

Monday - Saturday
      16:30 – 17:00 - Run 3k to 5k (Required for Fighters)
      17:00 - 17:15 - Jump Rope (Warm-Up)
      17:15 - 17:25 – Stretching
      17:25 - 17:35 - Wrap Hands
      17:35 - 17:45 - Shadow Boxing
      17:45 - 18:10 - 5 x 3 Minute Rounds of Pad Work & Heavy Bag
      18:10 - 18:40 – Technique Drills & Sparring
      18.40 - 19.00 - Clenching

Note: After each class Fighters do 100-300 knees/100-300 Teeps/100-300 Kicks on the Heavy Bag. Fighters are also required to do Calisthenics and Resistant training post class.

*Select Mornings classes are conducted offsite with a different routine.
